Privacy notice
How Nitu Travels handles website enquiries, Formspree delivery and privacy-conscious Google Analytics measurement.
Information collected
The enquiry forms collect information that you choose to provide, such as name, phone, email, organisation, passenger count, itinerary and travel requirements. Enquiry details are prepared for WhatsApp and a backup copy is submitted to the configured Formspree inbox.
Use of information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate bookings and maintain relevant business records. Final production deployment should document any CRM, analytics, call tracking, cookies or third-party processors that are enabled.
Images
Customer, driver, employee and student images should only be published with appropriate permission. Personal documents and sensitive details must be removed or obscured.

Enquiry delivery, live chat and installed app
Quotation forms prepare a WhatsApp message and send a second copy of the enquiry to Formspree. Form data can include contact details, trip details, the page address, a generated lead ID and advertising attribution parameters. Do not submit payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive information.
The live-help widget opens WhatsApp for real-time conversation with Nitu Travels. An inactivity reminder may appear after 25 seconds without interaction and offers a short callback form. A dismissal preference is stored locally for a limited period so the reminder does not repeatedly interrupt the same visitor. WhatsApp and Formspree process information under their own privacy terms.
The installable Progressive Web App stores selected public pages and static files on the device for faster loading and limited offline access. Enquiry submissions are never queued or stored by the service worker.
Google Analytics measurement
This website uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-QCV4QZ2GC5. The website uses Google Analytics for audience and enquiry measurement and does not display a privacy popup. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar browser storage to measure page visits, enquiry activity and website performance. No privacy popup is displayed.
This preference is stored only in this browser. Advertising storage remains denied in both modes.
